Terms of Purchase
By purchasing from WestFashion, you agree to the following terms:
- Prices are fixed.
- Goods sold are not refundable.
- In the case of damaged package received or that goods received is not what you have ordered, refer to our Return Policy.
- If using bank transfer, we hold the rights to forfeit your payment should you be unable to produce a receipt of payment / transfer.
- Your order may take about 3 weeks to arrive. Under any circumstances should your order take more than the usual time, we will inform you by email.
- Standard delivery charge has been included in the listed price (displayed to you during checkout)

Goods are delivered nationwide in Malaysia.
- East Malaysia and Peninsular has the same delivery charges.
- If your location is not servicable by any courier company, you will be informed to collect at your nearest servicable post office.
- Goods will be checked and wrapped properly before delivering to you. We will not be responsible for damages/lost during the delivery process. However, we will help you to follow up with the courier company.
- If items are wrongly sent, please inform us as soon as possible and return the items with the price tags intact. You will be refunded the delivery fee paid.
