Returns and Exchanges
Goods sold are not refundable or exhangeable. However, under the following stated conditions, the amount paid for that item will be exchanged for store credits* to purchase other items if:
1) Wrong item has been sent - wrong product, wrong size or wrong color.
2) Dirt or stain of more than 2cm in diameter that cannot be removed even after washing.
3) Other reasonable conditions based on our judgements
Notifications of these defects must be sent to us within 7 days upon receiving the items. Any late notifications will not be entertained.
It should be understood that the items take time to be delivered from the U.S., hence when wrong item has been sent, it is very likely that the same item has run out of stock, so the exact item cannot be replaced. However, we will try our best to get the same item for you.
Under the circumstance whereby the item has run out of stock upon ordering, we will refund* 100% of the item price. Once your order's status has been updated to "Processing at Forever21.com", your order cannot be cancelled, unless all items in your order has ran out of stock (in which Forever 21 US would notify us personally).
*Refunds are automatically treated in the form of store credits. Other forms of refunds is possible by contacting our customer service at sales[at]westfashion.net. Should the payment be made from interbank GIRO transfer, we do not bear any responsibility on the deducted transfer fee charged by your bank.
