How do we place order ?
First, you need to be registered as a member on our website then shop around for your products. If you've found Forever 21 products that you wish to buy, add them to your shopping cart. Remember to select appropriate the color and size. Your order total amount will be automatically calculated and displayed on the top right corner of your screen. Should you wish to remove an item, just click on the little red "x" button to the left of the unwanted item and click "Confirm". Upon removal, your total will be calculated again.
When I clicked on a product, it says "Product Not Available!"
Our online store is installed with an intelligent mechanism that checks for product availability at Forever 21 US. Each time you browse one of our product, it is checked for availability to its best efforts to ensure the items you purchase are still in stock.
Does it mean that when I buy at West Fashion, I'm sure the items are 100% available ?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the items will be available even with our validation mechanism. Sales at Forever 21 US is fast and there are many people around the world purchasing. We can only guarantee that at the time of placing orders, the items are still available.
So how can I ensure that my ordered items won't be Out of Stock ?
If you've selected the Bank Transfer payment method, make the payment early so that we can process your orders earlier.
What happens after we make the payment and it runs Out of Stock ?
We will refund all that you've paid for, either in your bank account or store credits. We will correspond with you on such occasions. (GIRO interbank transfer fees are not refunded)
Is it safe to purchase from West Fashion ?
We're a registered business in Malaysia with the Registrars of Business operating legally via an online store. It is completely safe to make any payments to us, we're PayPal verified business and any payments made via PayPal or credit card is processed over a secured server provided by PayPal.com. Do you have a store that we can visit ?
We're operating an online store to remove all unnecessary costs (such as rentals, utilities, etc) and bring these benefits to our customers. So what you're paying for is only the foreign exchange rates, shipping and handling fees.
So we can't try the clothes before purchasing ?
Most of our customers are very familiar with their clothes sizing after many years of shopping experience. We've also provided the Size Charts for reference and the description in each item states the measurements so you could properly tell which part is wider or trimmed.
I found an exact match in Forever 21 retail store in Malaysia
It is no surprise that some clothes seen here may be found locally. Forever 21 U.S. has about 100+ new designs coming out every week and we make them available to you on a daily basis. So some of the designs you purchase here might not even reach the local shores.
Are you taking stocks from Forever 21 Malaysia and sending them to us ?
No, we are an independent business operator. We sell many latest trendy clothes that are not found at Forever 21 Malaysia stores.
I don't see any Accessories or Kids wear on West Fashion
We have yet to add items on other categories into our store catalog besides common apparels.
Can I buy something that is not shown on your website but is in Forever21.com ?
No, we rely on our system to keep track of all orders. Any items that are not listed in our system cannot be added to your order list for record and we are unable to keep track of your ordered items properly.
Are the prices inclusive of international shipping ?
Yes. Prices shown here includes international shipping, handling fees, etc. The final amount displayed is all that you need to pay for and we'll deliver it right to your doorstep. Be sure you're at home when delivery is made, or the postman will have to run another round. You will also be notified when your items are on their way to you 1-2 days before that.
Will we be informed when you deliver the items ?
Yes. You may log in to your account and check on your order status. Any comments and delivery tracking number will be accompanied when we update your order status.
How long does it take to reach me, after I make my payment ?
It will take about 2-3 weeks to reach you upon receiving payment.
Do I have to personally collect it from the post office ?
No, the courier will deliver it to your doorstep. You will be notified 1-2 days before hand so you can expect when they arrive at your place.

Which local shipping courier are you using and are they reliable ?
We use PosLaju service for all our deliveries so you can keep track of your delivery. We will notify you via the order status updates for your tracking number for you to track it online.
What about international shipping ?
We use DHL Worldwide Express to ensure highest reliability, speed of delivery and all your items are insurance covered. In the case that shipment goes missing, we will file a claim on your behalf for maximum refunds.
DHL is expensive, does that mean I'm paying more ?
We have privileged access to DHL's service at a lower rate, which gives us an advantage. In fact, you could find some items that are about the same price as with the local Forever 21 stores.
What's the difference between Shipping Address and Payment Address ?
The payment address should always be your home / office address that is registered with your credit card if you have one. If you're sending it to a different place from your own (e.g. gift for a friend / family), then you will have to specify it differently from your payment address.

Generally, it takes about 3 weeks for your items to arrive, after payment has been made. Please also take note that the estimated days taken into account are working days, most companies in the U.S. do not operate on weekends. Interweaving U.S. holidays and weekends may increase the delivery time by several days.
What is Handling Fee and why am I seeing this ?
All orders with a total of less than RM 160 will be charged an extra RM 20 for handling fees. This fee will be displayed in your cart during checkout. It will be automatically removed from your order when the total exceeds RM 160. If you would love to purchase only 1 item, you can request your friends to join you and shop together to hit the minimum order of RM 160.
